In the case of death of children in New Born Baby Hospital in VIVEK VIHAR area “ Police say that the matter is being investigated and we have arrested the hospital owner Naveen and also arrested Dr. Akash, both of them have been arrested in Delhi. Police registered a case under section 304 IPC after investigation, the permission of the hospital was found to be dated 31st March and there was provision for 5 beds but more than 5 beds were found to be provisioned there. Police said that there was no fire extinguishing system and there were more cylinders than authorized. In view of this, the police added section 308 IPC along with section 304 and both were arrested.
